Julie DaVolio, MD

Dr. Julie DaVolio was born and raised in California but has called Texas home for the last 30 years. She is a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who enjoys all facets of the specialty but focuses on being an advocate for the patient. She enjoys educating her patients on their health issues so that they can take an active role in their healthcare. Dr. DaVolio offers the full extent of Obstetrics and Gynecology including routine and high risk obstetrics, minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgeries, and women's preventative care including contraceptive counselling, infertility and menopause.

She graduated from University of California, San Diego with a degree in Biology. She received her Medical Degree from Tulane University where she did a community medicine elective in Guatemala, performing prenatal care and pediatric vaccinations. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has been voted D Magazines Best Doctor 2021 and, DFW Child Mom Approved Doctor 2020 & 2021.

She spends her free time with her husband, 2 children, and their Nova Scotia duck toller. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time at the beach.
